My office handles both residential and commercial real estate closings, from beginning to end. We receive a copy of the contract of sale and then immediately order the title work. We will examine the title to see if any problems are of record that need to be addressed, and will coordinate with the buyer or seller’s attorney, maintain contact with the real estate agents, and schedule a closing. At the closing, I will always be present for all document signings, and I will keep the client informed at all stages of the closing process. I am also an agent for Investors Title Insurance Company. This is normally the average person’s largest single financial transaction, and my location directly across the street from the courthouse makes it very convenient to record documents for quick disbursement after the documents are signed.
